Short Pause: "It's an epic two-man show this week as Brent and Ben tackle some big time stories while discussing the latest and greatest in the world of gaming. Episode 64 of the Short Pause Gaming Podcast is here! Topics this week include:
• PlayStation VR is $399, Coming in October - Sony dropped a pricing megaton at GDC this past week when they revealed the price and launch window for their eagerly anticipated PlayStation VR headset. With a price $200 cheaper than Oculus Rift, and a staggering $400 less than the HTC Vive headset, is Sony in a position to dominate the early virtual reality scene?
• Is Sony Preparing a PlayStation "4.5" for Consumer Release? - Kotaku dropped a bomb this week when they reported that Sony was hard at work on an upgraded PS4 model, dubbed "PS4.5," possibly to release some time this year. Are console gamers ready for a world where they can upgrade their hardware mid-cycle?
* And much much more!"
Recent findings in the latest PSVR2 software update, indicates that PlayStation is already starting to implement support for PC.
The icing on the cake would be if Sony / Valve allow for a Steam Link app much like it is for the Quest 3. Likely wishful thinking, though.
Warner Bros. Discovery is closing down Adult Swim Games, delisting its published games. Thus putting Rick and Morty VR in jeopardy.

RE PSVR: I appreciate the affordable price of $399...the $499 bundle is a good deal as well...but sadly, I won't be able to partake in the VR festivities due to the fact that I can't play certain games without falling to motion sickness. Can't wait to hear what others have to say though!
RE PS4.5: If upgrading my console is a simplified experience compared to the headache that is upgrading a PC, I think it would be a very interesting (and more appealing) way for PlayStation and Microsoft to keep their boxes relevant for a few more years.
