Song Of The Deep Preview At Skewed And Reviewed

Ryan at Skewed and Reviewed has posted a preview of the game as well as a video during his coverage at PAX Prime 2016. He liked what he was able to see of the game but said it was heavy on puzzle solving and exploration.

When Insomniac make a game, i'm gonna be interested

Garethvk3008d ago

They told me it is big on puzzle solving and exploration but does show potential.

MWH3007d ago

as Alucard would say: "I'm interested in this."

Garethvk3007d ago

I hope the control system is solid and that the game does not get repetitive.

Garethvk3007d ago

Very true. The two we sent are due back late tomorrow so I am looking forward to more pictures and reports from the show. PAX South is heavy on indies as Capcom was the biggest publisher there but they have found a few really interesting things already.

Looks like there version of "child of light" which was a fun game tho.

Dark_Crow3007d ago (Edited 3007d ago )

Child of light and ori are some of my favourite games from recent years. And both had an awesome art style.

This one may be the next 2D game I fall in love with. Apart from shadow of the beast which I hope release soon.

Shadow of the beast does look good!

Id strongly suggest "Axiom Verge" if you havent played it yet.

And why would they? Tge licence fee to make, the price of switch games... No. Nintendo really dont want 3rd party support outside pokemon and monster hunter

Its been out since 2016? Has anyone here played it, I never saw it on PSN. It must not have made quite a 'metroidvania' splash like Shadow Complex and Axiom Verge did.
