EB: Guacamelee! Developer DrinkBox Studios has announced that its latest game, Severed, has been delayed but not cancelled. The game was originally due this summer, but that goal will not be met since the game is still days away from its Alpha stage.
Even though the game has been delayed DrinkBox has released three new screenshots to keep its fans informed of its progress.
"When PlayStation Vita released in 2012, expectations were high as Sony's previous handheld (PSP) was quite successful even if it could never quite match with Nintendo's handheld juggernauts." - Tyler Hall from Video Chums
It’s not stranded until 2019, if people really wanted to get some great experiences out the way then they’d buy it. But there are so many stubborn people that made their mind up that won’t happen.
You can go on eBay, OfferUp it any social market place and get one from 70-120 WITH memory card and the games are dirt cheap. But I bet people feel like buying their 5th 3DS for 200 plus because of its color is better then checking out great games.
I guess it’s not always about the games
Alyssa Wejebe writes: "These characters were chosen for varying reasons like timeliness, diversity, history, and the sheer potential for a good time. If you haven’t experienced the games on this list, beware of spoilers!"
Chalgyr's Game Room writes:
DrinkBox Studios is one of my favorite smaller development teams. They have a knack for merging cool gameplay mechanics with bright, colorful visuals that I happily spend hours with at a time. Severed is no different - in fact it may be their best overall effort yet. While it is true that this title has seen some prior releases, it plays better on the Switch than any of its prior platforms.
