Morgan Writes: 2014 was not gaming’s best year on any front. Several large games I had built up excitement for, ended up slipping through the cracks, by either a general sense of “meh,” or by the game being fundamentally broken. It happened a lot. But there were also some amazing surprises–games that I had no awareness of beforehand and no real expectations for–that floored me. My list this year features a lot of games that I couldn’t have predicted loving a year ago, and very few that I could have.
Lair Of The Leviathan is a Turn-Based RPG adventure by Nostalgic Realms that dives deep into classic turn-based combat and exploration.
Had some words with the developer on reddit. Seemed like a good guy. Says he learned how to do this in his spare time between work and fatherhood. Hope it turns out well and gets a release on all the consoles.

I played the demo for this. Really enjoyed what I played. I would 100 percent to buy this as a physical release.
