I agree about the side quests. I just went on the first mission and already have like 20 side quests. The load times are unbearably long too. But this game is the true Dragon age 2 instead of that pile of crap they called 2

I've heard mostly good things about this game.

I like how I said nice things but pointed out a few negatives and got 3 disagrees. Loving the game so far, it could actually be on par with Origins.

I love MMOs so the quest system makes me feel like home and I don't see how the hell side quests are overwhelming, I got news for you and the reviewer: They're called side quests because they have nothing to do with the main story, you don't have to do them, basically you're crying because you're getting a huge amount of content, wth man.

Summons753440d ago

When did I say they take away from the story? I love MMOs and side quests in RPGs too but literally in 5 minutes I have 20 side quests most from reading things and I never noticed it gave me the quest. It's one thing to have side quests from NPCs but to get them when reading a short note is crazy. I'll get them all done but thinking I had 5 side quests I got myself and seeing 15 more was overwhelming.

When did I say that you said they take you away from the story? Read again chap.

So, lets see if I get this straight. You "love" side quests but you're complaining about having too many. So you're just b$tch!ng about nothing, got it.

Summons753440d ago

I'm not even b*tching, I'm just saying it was overwhelming knowing I talked to 5 people for sidequests and I ended up with 20 in the course of 5 minutes. That's over whelming. I'll do them all because I've always had OCD when it came to completing every side quest I had before moving the story forward. I think your B*cthing because you are taking this way out of hand. YES it is a negative point having so many thrown at you with little or no explanation but YES the game is still really fun and that doesn't detract much. The long loading times do hurt my want to play. When I think of playing for a half hour I don't want a quarter of my time on the internet while I'm waiting for the game to load.

Dragon Age: Inquisition Retro Review – A Nostalgic Leap Short Of Legendary

Dragon Age: Inquisition, developed by BioWare, is the third installment in the cherished Dragon Age series. It represents a major evolution from its predecessor, Dragon Age II, incorporating elements that were well-loved in the original Dragon Age: Origins but also introducing new features that stand on their own. While Inquisition improves upon Dragon Age II in many respects, it falls short of the exceptional standards set by Origins.

The quality of these free games has been awesome. Before anyone says they are not free I was already giving Amazon $6 a month for prime shipping and video this isn't why I pay for my subscription

Still technically paying for it, even if it wasn't your intent. They've been giving out games with Twitch prime, they just changed the name. It's the same sub as that was. If you weren't aware, great. But you're paying for it.

That being said, I don't personally care. For me as long as you're willing to pay that for 1 service and get more. I personally take it as free. Like prime video, music though the prime version is trash, and all the Twitch benefits are all free to me because I didn't care about those when I got it. Just comes with it.

Only noted because that's technically wrong as a defense to that argument, whether I'm on yourside with the initial statement lol

It's free to anyone who has already been paying. IDK why people need to split hairs.

How does Prime Gaming work? Do you keep the games, or is it only as long as you have Prime?

Germaximus909d ago

lol Nice distraction from how they're now charging people to increase viewership. It's "just an option." /wink lol
