Well I don't blame them, China is one of their last (three) opportunities, they have to get it right. Regardless, it sucks for those Chinese people who were expecting One sooner. Maybe MS is preparing in case they have to do more 180s?
So...they can't afford to launch in China b/c they spent 2.5B on an indie game...makes sense...by the way I read the article...and between the lines!
