Yesterday Microsoft revealed the curtain surrounding Forza Horizon 2, developed by playground games during its E3 20144 Media Briefing. It will ship with over 200 cars when the game launches on September 30, and will be available on Xbox 360, and Xbox One. During a presentation at E3 2014 Ralph Fulton, the creative director on for Forza Horizon series, told us to expect more cars to be available via downloable content.
Paul writes: "Forza Horizon 2 then, a game from 2014 - a game that still stands up today"
Would love to see a PC port of this game Forza 3 and 4 are just gorgeous on XBOX but Jaw dropping on PC.
not like DC does. they were 10 yrs ahead of their time.

but FH2 was pretty good as well.
* I've still yet to beat the game and haven't bought FH3 or FH4 because I still have stuff to do in FH2....I just haven't played in a while. It's an awesome game and yes it still is just as good now as when it originally released.
Playground Games Creative Director Ralph Fulton talked about the future of the studio, also in relation to innovations like Project Scarlett and xCloud.
"You have to think about where you’re going to make your investment, and you have to think about all players, not just the players who have moved to the top spec console.”
Ominous. 🤔
Jacob writes: "Following on from my list of insanely difficult achievements, it’s time to shine the spotlight on another type of hellish achievement. The dreaded grind. These are the awards that will take you hundreds of hours at the absolute minimum, and often involve repeating menial tasks over and over. It’s safe to say that these were definitely not made with the casual gamer in mind. Only the most committed will ever see these pop."
They should integrate Forza 5 and Horizons so any cars you earn in Forza are automatically available in Horizons. Same with dlc car packs, if you buy them on one they should be available in the other!
So is this just ultra forza? Didnt know capcom were making racing games
I wouldn't mind seeing something other than additional cars as DLC. The rally expansion was a nice idea for the original Horizon although off road racing looks pretty well integrated this time around.
As long as the retail game has enough content for me to get my moneys worth they can do all they like with post launch DLC milkage.
Those moaning about DLC, you do realise you don't have to buy it right?
