Namco Bandai have published a new promotional video for Mobile Suit Gundam Side Stories with a short glimpse of the theme song from Akino Arai (pictured) entitled "Lost Area".
"Despite being a late-cycle PS3 game, Gundam Side Stories doesn’t look too sharp. The most important parts — the mobile suits — look fine, but you’d best not be expect interesting scenery of effects. In fields, you’ll see a lot of copy-pastes of the same three or four trees; when a pile of defeated enemy machines lay before you, they’ll all have the same exact smoke trail rising above them. Visuals, like most aspects of the game, come out about average." -PSLS
Seems like something that should have come out 7 years ago. I won't be picking this up.
Ouch! I love Gundam, but the games never seem to get any better probably because the stories are the strongest part of the comics/anime.
Originally released on the Sega Saturn, The Blue Destiny, part of the Gundam franchise, will be receiving a PS3 adaptation in May. Namco Bandai has just put up a trailer showcasing the title on their YouTube channel.
