Viva Piñata Sequel? “Who Knows What’s Round the Corner,” Says Rare

Are we ever going to see another Viva Pinata game? On a recent visit to Rare, we asked Studio Head Craig Duncan what the chances are.

Imagine an adventure game from rare with kameo, conker and banjoe all in it...it would be orgasmic.

Rare will be at E3. Its going to be games games games all over again. I remember Phil talking about some game concepts which the guys at rare showed him some months back. He said they were really cool ideas and he gave them the green light. My guess is kameo or viva p were among them.

It wont be a kinect game but it might have some secondary kinect features built in like others i.e dr3 and ryse.

Seriously one of the hidden gems last gen. The sequel was also pretty good. Rare didnt make GREAT games last gen, but Kameo, VP, and even Nuts n Bolts i thought were good games, and they all cost like 40 bucks at launch too.

No that's what you fanboys like to think, someone criticizes them and you automatically think they are on the opposite team, a Nintendo/Sony fanboy. I criticize each company fairly, I've done it to Nintendo and even Sony. The reason why Sony, AT THE MOMENT, gets less criticism off me is because they haven't done anything bad, like really bad in the recent years. I mean I call out people like Phil Spencer who has been on a PR rampage for the past few months only because I know for a fact he's just telling people what they ant to hear so they jump back on board, get an Xbox One and make Microsoft happy with their money.

Really so I'm guessing you've just "accidentally" missed my comments like the one above about past Rare games, Quantum Break, Halo 5, Alan Wake, Gears of War, Fable etc. The only game I've probably called Microsoft related is Titan fall but thats because I hated the look of it before it became a MS exclusive. It's just another FPS to me....nothing special.

Lately there hasn't been much positive stuff to say about them as a company. After what they did and tried to do...you might be able to forget but some don't. If it wasn't for people like me Microsoft would of never did all those 180s on their anti consumer policies. At the end of the day 180s or not, they still tried to push them on us and I feel like one day in the future when we've let our guards down and they've built up our trust they'll try again.

Ive been waiting for Banjo-Threeie since Tooie came out. I NEED ANOTHER. And for the love of god, get Grant Kirkhope to do the soundtrack. It isnt too much to ask.
Another Conker, Kameo, and Viva Pinata would be nice. I would like to see Rare bounce back to being another major developer, they still have some talented staff.
