This is good. Nice to hear they're still expanding their First Party portfolio.

Guranteed they are the studio doing the "cloud demo" for E3 phil talked about. The question is, will this team make their own games or be used just for first party (and 3rd party) assistance for cloud based projects?

The name of the group makes it all but a given for me. But maybe I am assuming a bit too quickly, guess we will see.

Nice logo. I hope they working on something huge. An ambitious AA game wouldnt be a bad idea.

I hope they are allowed to finish the game that Black Tusk had to drop for Gears of War.

It's good that they are expanding their first party. Curious to see what comes out of it.

Sounds like kinect, kinect frogger.

I'd buy it

With the lack of Kinect games, some how I doubt that. Most of the games on XB1 seem to be traditional mid level production valued games *to* huge AAAs

EDIT

Yes it sounds good. Reminds me of some sort of Sci-fi or supernatural epic. As for being a symbolic name, it screams epic new journey.

Immorals3699d ago

It'd fit into the old 360 tagline 'jump in'

Immorals3699d ago

I'm a sucker for scifi games, count me in

RollinThunder3699d ago

My mind immediately went to Office Space, and the 'Jump: to Conclusions" mat lol

"LEAP, however, is more nebulous: it's an "incubation team," identified as "the people that developed Kinect and profoundly changed the way people interact with technology." It sounds like some kind of think tank for games -- but one that is making a game right now, as it needs a level designer."
