Can an Oculus Rift game fix a lazy eye?

A new game has popped up asking for funding on Kickstarter shadow dweller, IndieGogo, which purports to be able to help fix eye related disorders like strabismus (crossed eye) and amblyopia (lazy eye), by using the Oculus Rift and a game designed specifically with this treatment in mind.

Nothing against Oculus Rift and it's V/R-technology, but I think we also have to expect a lot of other eye disorders caused by Oculus Rift once it goes on sale for the masses.

And vomiting from V/R motion sickness - depth perception.

This sounds really cool coming from a lazy eye sufferer but I'm skeptical that even if the eye is treated that it has decent eyesight to begin with.

Hey memots..Different article and a different point of view on the matter. This is not a dupe.

It's like having an Xbox One v PS4 article and saying its a dupe even though they are posted at least a hundred times a week.

From the article you posted.

Same wording and same thing they are talking about.
