Liminal Games has issued a few new images of The Memory of Eldurîm, focusing on some of the numerous spells players can employ in the CryEngine-based open-world third-person action RPG for the PC.

What?! How come I never heard of this game? A cross between Dark souls and Skyrim woah you got me right there, sounds awesome!

While there have been plenty of stories about Early Access games going bad or drawing to a close prematurely, The Memory of Eldurim has so far shown the good that can come from the program as well.

It's a 3 man team, and early access. So it's going to be a while before it shapes up in full.

For a three man team it's impressive. But I fear they aimed a bit high with a mixture between Skyrim and Darksouls. Let's see what they can pull off.
There seems to be a surge of indi games lately using cryengine thx to crytek launching there software on steam while back I like that.
Open-world RPG's are always welcome :-)
