Back in 2011 a game came out for both browsers and eventually for mobile devices that convinced us that armadillos can fly. Not really of course but close enough with their rolling mechanics that catapult them off hills like high speed ramps. The game was called Dillo Hills and it was basically a fully free version of Tiny Wings which was insanely popular at the time. Now, though, WhipFlash brings the ‘Dillo back in Dillo Hills 2: ‘Roid Racing with a vengeance to show us all that it has come out from behind Tiny Wings’ shadow and has something new and exciting.
PCGAMER writes: A quiet week for free PC games – pretty much all I could find was something called an ArmA 2 and some sort of war-themed hat simulator. Team Fortress 2 mean anything to you? Apparently that’s free now. Luckily, the lineup is bolstered by some gorgeous indie gems.
Dillo Hills, the game based on Tiny Wings that we reported on a few weeks back, has arrived on the Android Market - although those hoping for a straight-up copy of the original game are in for a surprise.
Am I the only one that had to read that headline twice?
