The Brief: Influx - Pixels For Breakfast

Pixels for Breakfast writes: Hopefully you have already purchased the latest in the line of Aussie made games, the ball rolling puzzler Influx by Impromptu Games. Combining Portal-like puzzle solving with third-person exploring, Influx was a member of the indie darlings at PAX Australia last month, and I was lucky enough to get some hands on time with it. Not lucky to be one of the few to play it, per se (in fact, many many people young and old did, which was great to see), but lucky to get a chance to try it mere days before its launch on GOG. Otherwise, it may have skipped right past me, which would have been a real shame.

I've played a fair bit of Eldritch and Van Helsing.
Great games.

I was unaware of A Fistful of Gun and InFlux.
Plan on trying both soon.

Influx Review | Indie Games AAA

Frank Collins provides a review of the indie puzzler Influx and says "‘InFlux’ is a relaxing/mindless puzzle game that, at the end of the day, really disappointed me. The gorgeous visuals, music, and stellar ending couldn’t make up for the lackluster puzzles and technical misfires. If you’re truly interested, I’d recommend waiting for it to go on sale. For right now, however, your 10 USD are better spent elsewhere."
