Earlier today EA lifted the curtain on FIFA 14. As part of this unveiling they announced it would be available on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. However, hidden at the bottom of the official press release was some information that might suggest FIFA 14 will also be a next-gen title.
"Additional platforms will be revealed in the months ahead," the press release reads. In all likelihood, this refers to already-announced platforms like the Vita, Wii U, and 3DS; however, given that EA has not ruled it out, it could also suggest a possible release on the PlayStation 4 and currently unannounced next-Xbox.
FIFA 14 doesn't yet have a release date, but if it follows the release cycle of its predecessors we're looking at a late September launch. This would put it slightly ahead of the expected PS4 release, which means it could very well be a launch title on the new PlayStation and next Xbox as well.
Games Asylum: "Outdated football games are a common sight when scouring jumble sales, car boots and charity shops for bargain price video games. Entire shelves filled with decade-old FIFA and PES games spread across a dozen formats. Often they end up in bargain bins, sitting alongside unwanted celebrity fitness DVDs and seemingly random TV show box sets. But here’s the thing. Not all football games gathering dust in the likes of Oxfam are in fact worthless."

It should, this is EA we are talking about plus they always do it..
sadly I got a feeling it will be a cheap port.
and PES2014 is doing it.. using their new nextgen tech & fox engine.
I wont buy it dUe to the fact that it will be a rusfed port and ill not take advantage of the xbo next and ps4 advance hardware. Do anyone remember the first madden and NBA Live games released on the 360 in 2005 . They were trash filled with bugs and bad AI and collision detection.
1080p 60 fps footie on ps4 , might just be awesome
SHOCKING NEWS!
They will all be doing it, starting with Battlefield 4. Release it on PC & current consoles, then stick it on the new consoles on their release. I bet their rubbing their hands together, & who'd blame them.
