AMD A-Series APUs To Get SimCity Bundle Promotion

Starting from April 18th, AMD would bundle their A-Series APUs with SimCity which was released by Maxis last month. Only a select amount of AMD A-Series APUs would get the new promotion which include both Trinity and the upcoming Richland A-Series.

I dont think i could reccomend one of these to a gamer for a gaming computer. it strong enough to game at around 720p, medium settings (im using bf3 as the guide for this). But you could build a pretty great media PC based around an APU. after a quick part compilation, Looks like you can build a Blu-ray media PC on a high end APU for about $350 (not counting OS) So thats pretty good.

But as far as gaming goes, if your looking for a Budget CPU to game on, just grab an FX CPU, The 6300 and 8120 are pretty hot right now and stomp all over these APU's.

LOW-FI Demo Coming SOON

CG writes: We have been covering LOW-FI. for a number of years now when it first arrived on Kickstarter. Over the last year or so, development has been extremely slow. But today, Iris VR posted on the Kickstarter an update. Having now merged with Titan1Studios who has offered some financial incentives to finish the project. There’s also a slew of other projects, being worked on. But the biggest news is that they’re planning for a LOW-FI demo in the next couple of months around August. The demo will be a vertical slice of the game, focusing more on the flat screen version and allowing you to explore some of the club district area. A demo would be great for potential sales.

I was wondering what’s going on with this game since it’s not on the PSVR2 page anymore, but when I look at my wishlist it’s still there. Thank goodness there’s now there’s a demo coming soon.
