The Top 10 Best Wii Games (Not Published By Nintendo)

The most popular console of this generation is dead. Here are the best 3rd party Wii games you probably didn't play... (Dead Space Extraction, Klonoa, Little King's Story, Nintendo, Opoona, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Trauma Team, Wii, Wii U, Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure)

Some good games here. Wii owners should pick up a few of these games

I agree, I haven't played but a couple, but the Wii does have some pretty cool games. When I get a Wii U, I plan on picking up some Wii games I missed out on since it will be backward compatible.

I love my wii, it has some really great games, even though alot of them are really really hard to find :(, it seemed like publishers never tried to get their good games out there and then they complained when they didn't sell.

Yeah I had that problem with Little Kings Story. I would have had to drive for 3 hours for a copy of the game upon release. I live 8 minutes from a Gamestop and still needed to drive 3 hours to get a copy.

Imagine how bad Halo's sales would be if everyone had to drive hours for their copy. That's the only game I had trouble finding

Opoona: was told by several reviewers it was an easy game for kids so I passed.
Zack and Wiki: Sales might have been better if a Capcom rep wasnt on the TV in Gamestop telling people the game was designed for 5 year old kids. No 5 year old could play that game. I got it for my GF and there really was a lot to it.
Dead Space: I dont support games that are just made to cash in and offer little to no quality.

Other than that it is a decent list.I would have included Harvest Moon myself and House of the Dead Overkill

Here, I'll save you guys the trouble of skimming through 11 PAGES(!) to see what games made the list.

10 - Opoona
09 - Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon
08 - Klonoa
07 - Trauma Team
06 - Muramasa: The Demon Blade
05 - LostWinds/LostWinds 2: Winter of the Melodias
04 - Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure
03 - Little King's Story
02 - Dead Space: Extraction
01 - Silent Hill: Shattered Memories

Not a bad list overall, personally I didn't care for 'Dead Space' but both 'Klonoa' and 'Muramasa' are definitely worth a playthrough.

I saw Zack and wiki for 50p one day. I'll always regret not buying that..

Shattered Memories at number 1? Hells yeah...
So friggin' good. Using a Wii remote as a flashlight adds so much to the immersion, not to mention it's graphically one of the best games on the Wii and has a killer ending.

Klonoa on the other hand, I prefered the original on the Playstation. You can't meddle with the platforming perfection that was the original.
