AppSafari: Mr. Dreamer review

AppSafari: Somewhere along the line gaming started to take itself too seriously. I couldn’t tell you when it happened, but somewhere, somehow, gaming went from a causal moment of escapist joy, to a serious pursuit that required hours of study, practice and devotion. I know people who put more effort into Halo than their real jobs it’s perfectly possible to lose hours “training” to get good in Street Fighter or whatever the kids are playing these days.

Touch Arcade: Mr. Dreamer Review

Touch Arcade: Remember daydreams? Those things we used to have when we didn't have mobile devices ready to fill in our every idle moment? Strapped to a Meteor, the developer behind DEO [$0.99], has brought back that feeling in Mr. Dreamer [$0.99] a game that will perfectly fit those very moments. It's a delightful game, but am I alone in finding some pathos in that?

TouchGen - Mr. Dreamer Review

TG - Candies make you dream, well that is not what I have been taught about sugar. Broccoli, and bombs wake you up. Well in the case of bombs I certainly hope so, otherwise you have some serious issues with medications, or alcohol. Broccoli on the other hand I do not categorize as a hazard to neither my health, nor my sleep. In the world of Mr. Dreamer you get to follow the twisted dreams of Poncho, and his teddy Cid. Working at a broccoli manufacturer I do understand that Poncho might have some issues with broccoli.
