Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 storms Greek software charts in March

Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 was March's definite winner in the Greek market since, according to the GfK Hellas charts, managed to secure four places among the top 10!

Specifically, Konami's PES 2012 which has a huge fanbase in Greece, got the first, the third and the fourth place in the software sales chart with the versions for the PS3, the PS2 (!) and the PSP respectively. The PC version of the game was placed ninth.

The Greek software top10 provided by GfK Hellas for March goes as follows:

1. PES 2012 (PS3)
2. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception (PS3)
3. PES 2012 (PS2)
4. PES 2012 (PSP)
5. Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City (PS3)
6. Uncharted: Golden Abyss (PS Vita)
7. Mass Effect 3 (PC)
8. Modern Warfare 3 (PS3)
9. PES 2012 (PC)
10. God of War: Ghost of Sparta (PSP)

The story is too old to be commented.

Greeks should be paying taxes not buying games.

Is there no such thing as sales tax in Greece?

That aside, it's apparently you don't understand the situation there, anyway.
