For free? One piece, but only because i know for sure i don't mind paying for a Ninja Storm game and probably wouldn't pay a lot for a One piece game. I looove the One piece Manga, but the games just don't impress me too much. So, my answer is One piece, but not because it is a better game.
Naruto. but one piece is fine cuz i can get it for the ps vita.
I'm done buying a Storm game until they finish the anime and manga completely, so I would go for One Piece for a change of pace.

I've generally enjoyed Artdinks games, but maybe it would be better to just play Macross 30th again, instead.
These games are really expensive in Japan. It costs $60 here for a PS3 and its costing almost$100 in Japan! Premium price!
Not just Japan, games and systems are considerably more expensive is most other parts of the world outside of America. So it makes sense that America is the largest possible market for games since our prices are on the lower spectrum in relation to what the rest of the world is havin to pay. Meaning we can buy more with prices being lower. Plus with over 300 mil ppl living here, that's a lot of money to make. Guess that's why even tho Nintendo is a Japanese company, they decided to launch the wiiU here first.

Is it just me or are these announcements a turn off?
So what do we know about Kaizoku Musou 2? Enel is in it, more time skip costumes are included, its coming to EU this Summer / JP in March and the box art / first run item / CE... I don't know why, but this is starting to come off as a rushed release. I guess we will see, but this update has sold me on waiting to see what others say.
