Luffy and his rag tag band of Straw Hat pirates are back once again with their second PS3 outing. And while this is a Dynasty Warriors spin off through and through, anyone who loves One Piece will be very happy with this game.

For free? One piece, but only because i know for sure i don't mind paying for a Ninja Storm game and probably wouldn't pay a lot for a One piece game. I looove the One piece Manga, but the games just don't impress me too much. So, my answer is One piece, but not because it is a better game.
Naruto. but one piece is fine cuz i can get it for the ps vita.
I'm done buying a Storm game until they finish the anime and manga completely, so I would go for One Piece for a change of pace.

I've generally enjoyed Artdinks games, but maybe it would be better to just play Macross 30th again, instead.
