1000 from nutjitsu in about 2 hours, the longest is the level 25 achievement, just replay the same game dying at the end, you get exponential bonuses for retrying and failing.
Avatar on the 360 can never be topped, took less than 5 minutes to get the 5 achievements. Remember we bought it, kept switching our profiles then got a full refund the next day. Cashier just laughed and told us we weren't the first ones to do this.

During this minute players utilize twin-stick shooter controls (one analog stick for movement and the other for shooting) to avoid and/or destroy enemies. Every level is fairly small and has an exit somewhere on it. Once you reach the exit you’re immediately transported to the next level with enemies still in hot pursuit."
