Though I do agree No Man's Sky should be up there. I'd say The Division is #1 on my list. With NMS in a clear 2nd. I'm just in love with open world games like these two.

Arkham Knight and Bloodbourne are the only ones that truly caught my eye.

I just have a massive feeling that all the other AAA games won't be or look as good on release.
