The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds Review - Glitch Cat

Glitch Cat - At the end of the day, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds reminds me why I fell in love with the franchise in the first place: tight gameplay, challenging puzzles, a simple yet captivating storyline, and some of the best adventuring around. It’s certainly a worthy entry in the franchise, and one that deserves to be recognized as a classic in the years to come.

Apart from the how extremely good this game is, the soundtrack is really phenomenal, it's already up there with the best I've heard in a game.

Blah blah blah no new IPs Nintendo. It's all Mario Zelda Mario Zelda Mario Zelda... Yet the games are still just as fun if not better than their predecessors.

I am broke right now but this game is on my December's shopping list for sure.

I honestly do not mind their IPs, but I feel like this game has very inflated scores. I love it, I'm playing it a lot but I feel like it's all familiar and really felt more like a nostalgia blast from the past.

It really is a little disheartening how games that are repeated in cycles get such high scores but other games that try something new are critized for glitches or not being completely right.

I'm at a point where i'd rather take a game that tried to be different and unique over one that has been playing it safe.

That all said I still think this is 9/10 game, it's beautiful and it truly put a smile on my face when I booted it.

What about Pikmin 3 (it's the first entry in the series since 2004) and The Wonderful 101? Don't they count? People want new IP's and it's funny because they are there, but they ignore them.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds - Classic Zelda turns 10

The Nintendo 3DS' The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is now 10 years old, yet remains a remarkable experience.

Calling this classic feels so weird to me. It's still the newest game in the old style... hope they make another one.

I would love a remake of Link to the Past, one in a similar vain to Link's Awakening.

it was an awesome game and utilized the 3D very well on the 3DS. A Link to the Past is one of my favorite Zelda games, so this one being a true sequel to that title really hit home with me.

I bought this very long ago, and it’s still in my backlog!
