First Pictures of Actual Boxed DualShock 4 PS4 Controllers Show that They’re Out in the Wild

Looks like PS4 accessories are starting to be delivered, at least in Canada. Before today all you saw of the new DualShock 4 controllers in their packaging were mock up pictures, but at last you get to see the real deal.

I play the games, not a picture of a boxed controller! Of course I'm excited for next gen, but boxes and packaging have never excited me ever.

I don't care what color it is (the box), how it's wrapped, or if I can see pictures of a retail package. As always, I only give a poop about what's inside.

I hope my ps4 comes in a hot pink box with bows and ribbons and a plush unicorn...it's all going in the trash (the wrapping, not the ps4).

dont know if im the only one out there, but id kill for these controllers to come in a fully enclosed box, with a sexy graphic of the product printed on the box itself. think "iphone style packaging". even the old ps2/ps3 original style packaging looked great.

It's microusb, so if you have one of those you are all set to connect to PC. We don't know yet if it works with bluetooth 2.1 but I'm hoping it does.

Well it's very much out in the wild, PS4 games are already showing up on Peoples Friends list on PSN. PS4 trophies are appearing on consumer PSN data bases. So I'm sure some are enjoying the console way ahead of schedule!

My pic is the third one over....they appeared to have tons in stock. They do not come with the USB. It states on the box that the cable comes with your ps4 console. You do not require a preorder and they will sell them to anybody as my local gamestop has confirmed. These crush the dual shock 3...way grip pier and thumbs are a bit further apart. Great design and I can't wait to use mine.

I should enjoy the ds4 much more than the six axis. One of my biggest complaints with the ps3 was the lack of concave analog sticks.

you know that PS4 controller are likely to be plug and play on PC day one. which means it uses standards protocol. add this plus the PC USB Controller support for PS3, reason why the DS4 works on PS3.
