Diablo 3 (Console) review – The Devil is in the details | Gaming Capacity

GC writes - The Diablo series has been called one of the greatest RPG franchises in the PC gaming world. Diablo I focused heavily on your character’s development and tweaking to make the ultimate warrior, and Diablo II did that on an even greater scale. diablo 3 on ps3 is a great game and addition to the franchise but to me diablo 2 is the best of the series it toke everything great about diablo 1 and expanded on it

It is a good game, especially for a console. But 'Diablo 2' is still the best.

I just finished normal mode last night, unsure whether I want to try the other modes.. have to admit though, by Act IV I was starting to get bored and waiting for it too end.

Cyberpunk and No Man's Sky have to be up there. We're lucky and cursed, equally, to have games that can be updated now. For folks old enough to remember the Sega/SNES into PS1 and even 2 eras, if a game came out that was half baked (*cough*Angel of Darkness*cough*) that was it, no redemption. At the same time, having the option for updates shouldn't be an excuse for half assing games.

I remember when the Nintendo Seal of Approval meant something.

All those games had to release without bugs.

Comebacks shouldnt be a thing in videogames. Just saying.

kevco33408d ago

Heh, yeah. There's no comparison in here! Its a commentary on how III is still very playable over a decade later.
