News has surfaced that reveals Metal Gear Solid 5 will be dropping rations in favor of a health regeneration system.
It is unclear what has caused Hideo Kojima to change his mind on this classic and long standing feature of the Metal Gear Solid franchise.
Whether it's showcasing damage realistically or simulating fractures and conditions, these games are worth checking out.
The Metal Gear series has sold 60.2 million copies, as of September 2023.
...and yet, they couldn't give more respect and effort into the collection.
What a terrible company.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is another rollercoaster of a game in the Metal Gear Solid series. Here's what to expect and why you need to experience it.
Amazing how bad this game looks already. We keep acting like this gen doesn't feel like an update but I think we're starting to see it.
The game started really strong in that hospital, but after a couple of hours I wondered if it was even an mgs game I was playing.
WHAT!? What's next? a story that's not complicated to understand? Average boss battles?
MGS with no rations is like Kratos without his blades
That's not true btw. No one confirmed that rations was not going to be in the game. The demo was set at the lowest difficulties and health regenerated faster because of that. On Normal difficulty the health regeneration should be similar to MGS3 and MGS4 and I am sure rations are still in the game. Not because they were not used means that they are not in the game. Stop with the false stories.
Like I've been saying...MAINSTREAMING! :(
That's too bad. Maybe the way they implement it works. Or, they could include a "classic" mode where it retains the old system.
Still excited for this game tho.
What the HELL MAN!!!!
First Resident Evil with the herbs and typewriter, we all know how that went.
Kojima, your creeping over to the dark side buddy, embrace your roots, DON'T abuse them!
