He is saying they are no more credible now than they were when 360 was ahead of PS3. However, Xbox fans- like Foxgod- treated VGChartz like it was an infallible source.

Now that the PS3 has surpassed the 360- and VGChartz has finally gotten with the times- those fans suddenly want nothing to do with the site. Now they like to be the ones to say, "It's only a rumor, VGChartz makes up their numbers, it's all fake," and so on.

Piracy affects sales of a system. If someone can buy a system and get games for free it makes a system very valuable. Sony said themselves the level of piracy was "sicking" in 2009.

I find it funny more with the Sony fan boys at the moment as all they talk about is how much more powerful the ps4 is over the other 2 yet this is not what the PlayStation brand was about at the start.

For me this year is about Pikmin 3, wonderful101, sonic, Mario 3rd, Zelda windwaker hd, dk, Pokémon x, forza 5 and KI. That's what im spending my money on the back end of this year as these are the games I want the most and could not give a crap what any fan boys think as I play the games and consoles I like the Same with sports. I live in the uk but would take ice hockey over football any day and play roller hockey as I enjoy playing it more than football.

We are all different and have choices because we are different but it seems people on here can't get that.

OK now, something is wrong!! Didnt Wii U just launch? Even Grandma's old Wii sold more hardware, and where the hell is the software sales for the Wii U?!!!!! Wait!Thats right. Since its a next gen console it must release in November, because there is absolutely no way PS4 has already sold 1,000,000 boxes without being on the market yet and Wii U has been out for almost a year and only sold 1,242,000.

The Wii U hasn't sold 1,242,000 in nearly a year. Since launching in 2012 it has sold nearly 3.5 million units (says so in the article). Also the PS4 hasn't officially sold 1,000,000 units. It has over 1,000,000 million pre-orders (which is still impressive). Pre-orders do not always equal sales (it is an indication of popularity).

Edit: The Wii selling more than the Wii U is a worry for Nintendo has Wii sales really slowed down after Christmas 2009 (last big increase in sales) and, the Wii U, is a new console. Also, even more of an issue, if some people really do see the Wii U as an extension than a new console (gamepad thing)

OK.For 9 of the 11 months its been out! And I will also give you credit for the pre-order comment to a point. Because, If there are over 1,000,000 pre orders now two months before launch,I seriously doubt that on release night there will be less than 1,000,000 consoles sold. The question will be how many will be left over to purchase for the people who show up without ordering in advance.
