Your comment, the amount of agrees, and the fact that you haven't been labeled as a huge fanboy and a troll, shows what is wrong with this site, Everytime I see your name around N4G, I see comments bashing Microsoft.

ajames3473966d ago

to be fair, he's bashing Zynga too.

ThatCanadianGuy5143966d ago (Edited 3966d ago )

Is my comment wrong tho?

1)Xbox has been a PR nightmare and the entire brand has been tarnished because of it

2) Don is leaving to join Zynga

3 Zynga is a business nightmare right now

All of these are facts. And somehow, i'm a fanboy for that? I think you need to relax a bit, my man.Any comment i see from you is always rabidly attacking anyone who even remotely says anything but praise for microsoft.

Grap3966d ago

DayZ is a troll who is having affair with one of the mods in this site to not get his comments removed.

Omar913966d ago

your disagrees prove your point in so many ways... smh. This site is ridiculous sometimes.

first1NFANTRY3966d ago

cry more troll. welcome to 2006 only now the tables have turned.

only difference is back then ps3 gamers didn't whine like you 360 fangirls.

Oh_Yeah3966d ago (Edited 3966d ago )

Well if you Xbone guys have any funny pics about PS4 or any valid reason as to why anyone would want xbone then speak up. I haven't heard any and it's pretty hard to find something to bash the PS4 on....so yes it'd be trolling and fanboyism on your guys parts.

assdan3966d ago

A fanboy isn't always wrongs. This time it's pretty true. Especially with zynga, who has just laid of tons of employees. Microsoft isn't sinking yet, but if they keep going they way they are. They won't be in the console gaming market for long.

Drekken3965d ago

Oh come on, Virus... you act as if you have to be a fanboy to bash MS. They have made it pretty easy lately. I think it is all well deserved. People should have started when they released the 360 with the RROD.

Don't see what you're so mad about. The picture was pretty funny.

zeal0us3966d ago

Shouldn't the Zynga ship be about sunken compared to MS's ship?

BOLO3965d ago

Microsoft (game) STUDIOS. Not Microsoft as a whole.

zeal0us3965d ago (Edited 3965d ago )

OMG it was Microsoft (game) Studios ship who knew? /s

BTW, I was too lazy/just didn't care to type all of that out, so I said "MS's ship" instead.

Darth Gamer3966d ago

BRING BACK PETER MOORE!!!!!!!!

Abriael3966d ago

I kinda agree, but I think Moore is happy where he is now.

Transporter473966d ago

Wonder why he decided to jump ships.

MikeMyers3966d ago (Edited 3966d ago )

This has been in talks for months. Some want to relate this to all the Xbox One controversy but I doubt that was the reason.

We see people leave all the time like Phil Harrison from Sony. Nintendo needs to restructure itself too and Kaz Hirai seems to be doing a good job so far turning Sony around.

Don was a nice guy but wasn't a very good PR guy for the Xbox. Marc Whitten, Nancy Tellem, Yusuf Mehdi, Phil Harrison or Phil Spencer could be the replacement.

I'd like they them to go with either Yusuf Mehdi or a woman, Nancy Tellem.

ZodTheRipper3966d ago

TV, TV, TV ...watercooler!

Polysix3966d ago (Edited 3966d ago )

Nancy Tellem made me want to puke at E3*

*like most of the rest of the MS E3 staff, she came across more like a politician than anything to do with entertainment.

mewhy323966d ago

Because all the rats jump off a ship when it's sinking!!!!!!

dark-hollow3966d ago (Edited 3966d ago )

Microsoft (Xbox department) is a sinking ship??? Lol this site is the gift that's keeps on giving.

ajames3473966d ago

Most probably a matter of money, as usual. Go where they pay you more.

CerebralAssassin3966d ago

Im guessing it wasnt so much as jumped ship as it was kicked off the ship.

wastedcells3966d ago

He seemed frustrated. That comment about if you don't have an Internet connection we have a product for you called a 360 was priceless. Sign of a guy who is fed up.

Microsoft once tried to nab LittleBigPlanet from Sony after a few drinks

It turns out that many moons ago, Microsoft once had its eye on the Sony published LittleBigPlanet series.

Microsoft had a good idea but fumbled it again.

ApocalypseShadow16h ago

Microsoft in a nutshell. Always tried to poach Sony employees, games, 3rd party games and devices like the depth camera that was turned into Kinect but was running on PS2 before Xbox 360. Wouldn't be surprised they wanted LBP. Just like they worked behind the scenes pushing the MLB to bring Sony's baseball game to Xbox instead of making their own.
https://www.playstationlife...

They didn't spend years trying to develop their own baseball game. They wanted Sony's game.

They're scum.

"However, Healey said Media Molecule wouldn't have felt right doing that, adding it would have been "morally corrupt"."

Major kudos to Media Molecule for being an upright studio with principles.

Tody_za5m ago(Edited 4m ago)

Great, more stories like this please. Show the last of the zombies holding the line what we've been saying for years: Microsoft is anti competition, anti industry and has no interest in making games at all.

But hey, at least there's an Xbox Games Showcase to look forward to, right?

What is the point of Xbox?

Xbox has repeated the same terrible mistakes for over a decade. The reason is simple: its priorities are back-to-front.

ohhh man, the press really did not like those last closures, their having a field day bashing xbox,

anyway, ive got to nip off to the shops now, i've run out of microwave popcorn.

Jingsing9h ago

Apparently the last 10 years wasn't enough to get the gaming press to notice but as soon as they touch Bethesda it is full on nuclear war. A lot of people in the gaming press seem to have this irrational hard on for Fallout and Skyrim despite the fact they are low quality poor buggy games.
I've grown tiresome of the unbalanced fandom in the gaming press for fantasy games and their ability to just forgive crap so long as it's a fantasy game RPG game all quality concerns are not an issue for them,

anast8h ago

Popcorn has been good lately.

PapaBop6h ago

Clearly this is just a big conspiracy orchestrated by the popcorn industry, Microsoft are just their puppets, every time they open their mouths, I'm forced to stock up on popcorn.

TheEroica47m ago

Yep, Microsoft and Sony are a mess. Neither have a compelling business strategy and they're not making bangers anymore.

XiNatsuDragnel1d ago

Xbox is getting rightfully roasted here

Einhander197223h ago

The only point to xbox is and always has been to take market share and money from PlayStation and Nintendo, but mostly PlayStation. It's been the goal since sweaty Steve Balmer said it himself.

ApocalypseShadow17h ago

Yup. To put Sony out of business because they thought they were a threat to their Windows business.

solideagle4h ago(Edited 4h ago)

Genuinely curious: how is Sony (hardware company) threat to Windows (operating system/software company) business?

isarai21h ago

I mean the motto "xbox, the most optional console ever made" was peaked years ago, people are just now taking a step back from deepthroating Phil to see what we've all been seeing for a long time now.

P_Bomb20h ago

I’ve still got friends that main on XB. For their sake, I hope it sticks around. They’ve put everything into that ecosystem. It’s all or nothing.

I wonder if we’ll ever get back the level of competition seen during the 360/PS3 era?

NotoriousWhiz10h ago

Seems like Daddy Microsoft is trying to shut it down. Or at least bring costs under control. On the bright side, it seems likely that acquisitions are going to stop.
