They're paying for Gearbox and Sega's mistakes and bad management of the game's development. Those employees had their work rushed and were asked the impossible in regard of Colonial Marines. It's really not fair to call them "The Studio Behind Aliens : Colonial Marines" when they're clearly not the only responsible for the disaster.
Hmmm, this is a shame, all people deserve a second chance. The game should have been delayed, I own it and will all the title updates it's actually much better now than when it released.
