First off the thing isn't even announced yet, lets take a look:

Online Features: What online features? Always online is rumored to not happen.

Kinect Only: WTF is this? MS have done some boneheaded things but they aren't this stupid.

Kinect Focus: It really depends on how powerful this new device is. The reason Kinect 1 was limited to family games was because the technology was too poor to offer anything greater.

Augmented Reality: I don't really see anything horrible about this.

Used Games Block: Like the PS4, it'll be up to the publisher.

Late to the Party: It's releasing this year. The announcement means nothing, devs have known about it for a while.

Manufacturing Delays: The only really big problem I see. Hopefully this doesn't affect the quality of the system.

Little Build Up: Judging by Surface, Windows 8, and Kinect it'll have 10x the advertising budget as the PS4. (PS4's is $100 million, Windows 8 has $1 billion+)

Fewer Big Exclusives: We haven't seen any as the thing hasn't been announced yet.

Being Secretive: Do you remember the phrase "we don't comment on rumor and speculation"? There'll be a massive blowout starting 5/21.
