The first ever new screenshots for the upcoming Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon have been leaked. If you have seen any of these screenshots you are probably asking yourself the same thing we are; ‘Ubisoft, what the heck is going on here?’ The company has remained pretty mum about the upcoming game and now with these leaked screenshots we are in need of some sort of explanation.

All of these games are pretty much universally praised. Outside of Timeshift I literally own all of these.
XIII, The Darkness 2, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Timesplitters: future perfect, Bulletstorm are awesome games

I used to be obsessed with FPS games
I was so looking forward to this game until now and I'm not a big downloadable game player. This looks horrible. Why couldn’t they have done something cool like making a prequel where you were controlling Vaas and his men or something like that? :/
Is it just me or does this look really bad?
I understand where he's coming from. If this DLC turns out to be bad, Ubisoft will never hear the end of it. But if it's good, is it still FarCry?
I'm really excited for this. It came so far out from left field, and I can see how that could be off putting to some, but I'm definitely intrigued by this. It's a risk, but this is the kind of risks game companies should be taking. They aren't playing it safe by just giving us more of the same, even though the base far cry 3 game was amazing. But to that point, trust the devs, I bet this is going to be the retro tron-esque FPS that nobody even knew they wanted, but will want it nonetheless.
The year is 2007. It is the future.
