The "entitled" people are like that with a lot of things, not just video games. There does seem to be a lot more of that type than there used to be, in general.

Its their own fault. Its what happens when we r flooded with games, especially similar ones. It isn't so much our expectations, its a natural expectation to want change. In the past maybe, change was more noticeable between releases. Nowadays, theres a lot of cash grabbing.

I expect 100 hours of gameplay
I expect some new technology
I expect great control
I expect tough A.I. not cheap A.I.
I expect new gameplay innovation
I expect a low price
I expect Windows Live to be NO where in sight or involved
I expect great mods
I expect lots of customization
I expect my GPU's to actually have to work
I expect multi-threading support
I expect lifetime support
I expect Developer contact
I expect Developer feedback
I expect the Publisher to stay outta the way

I expect this list to not be too much to ask for

All I want is honesty from developers and publishers. Don't ship a broken game, don't post bullshots and don't use deus ex machina because you can't write a proper script.

@ 60 dollars a pop? damn straight I expect a lot ,, this is a multi billion dollar industry .., and as the consumer that is making u filthy rich... I'll reiterate ... " YES... I expect the best you got...

the only thing that i hate about the game industry is that if they give u an unsatisfactory product ,..its like oh well too bad.. you already bought it. (unless of course you base your decisions solely off reviews which is smart and stupid at the same time)
