Brilliant good for him, it's weird thinking that in the future when the generation of gamers from the 1980s and 1990s grow old we will be the first bunch of old people that will be gaming when we are in our 70s and 80s and beyond and will be able to kick the young generations ass at games what with games getting easier. :)

On a more serious note, research has shown an increase in synaptic aptitude and other cognitive skills from gaming. It keeps the mind sharp! He also looks like he's keeping trim and eating well. Let's not forget our bodies need care too.
