When a person thinks of the terminology “false advertising” a few things might come to mind. A false advertisement can be something that is promoted in a way to make people want to own that said item but once it is in their possession, what they envisioned it would be might not be what the item actually is. For example, when someone buys a burger at a fast food restaurant it probably doesn’t look the same as it did in the picture… or the same can go for an online dating website… What you see might not be what you get.
Following the Wii U and 3DS servers being taken offline, Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and Ghosts are officially dead.
Call of Duty players are jumping into Black Ops 2 for the final time before its Wii U servers go offline for good.
At fans request apparently.
i wonder if they looked into what a remake would cost and went "NOPE Remaster it is" haha
It probably has to do with what the producer had mentioned recently. The thing about not wanting to change the essence of the original (e.g censorship). So maybe remastering the game was the best choice.
Bull sh*t, you show me where fans wanted a Remaster instead of a Remake. I was more onboard with a Remake, I’m less excited just playing the same game I did before but now with sharper textures and better framerate.
Probably realised this won't do the numbers so didn't want to invest.
No harm, I love Lollipop Chainsaw but it's a bit of a niche title.
I totally thought Lollipop Chainsaw was going to be all about the "T and A" but come to find she acts more like a little sister then a sexual icon... not that advertising her with some of those annoying slogans would have helpped on sales anyway just saying turned out to be a bit different than the way they advertised it. players probably almost felt like a creep for thinking she was sexy after a while.
Nuketown 24/7....for 2 days. Everyone that pre-ordered the game should have the map in the main playlist and not this moshpit bulls***.
What happened with Nuketown is a prime example of false advertisement, and not failed expectations like what's in the article.
When a company has a product, advertises said product, the refuses access to said product despite it being available, that is false advertisement and that's exactly what happened with Nuketown.
They may have dumped it in the "you might get lucky and play it once every 10 maps playlist", but the back of the box say "we never close" and that is not the case.
"Better With Kinect" should be number 1.
Call of duty was falsely advertised with nuketown =(
Black Ops 2 for PS3 image quality is released as it was reviewed then comes a patch to lower it to blurvision!
