IGN:Doom 3 is a very good game, probably better than you remember. For PS3 owners who've never gotten any of this content, it's a particularly great deal. BFG Edition is a tough sell for the PC crowd, but console jockeys who missed it when it was the next big thing should dive on in. While several nagging issues can make it feel more like a rushed port rather than the definitive director's cut it should be, there's no denying that Doom 3 has improved with age.
Github’s ‘Codes4Fun’ has released a really interesting mod for the BFG Edition of Doom 3. This mod adds HTC Vive and actual motion controller support to Doom 3, letting PC gamers experience id Software’s shooter in VR.
this game is amazing amazing experience in VR. I never had so much scary goose bump moment in VR or any previous game.

Its great for consoles.
PC Owners should stick with the original.
yeah that sucks for PC owners, but I'm havin a blast playin it on ps3. So many things I forgot about this game. Think it (Doom III) released right on the verge of the 360 coming out, and got lost in the nex gen I completely forgot how fun the game is. I hope doom 4 blows us away
