12 overlooked Xbox 360 gems that cost £10 or less

OXM - The weekend is almost upon us, a time of happiness and frolics, but our hearts are heavier than something I can't think of right now because I'm too tired to construct metaphors. All is darkness and depression, reader. It has been 72 hours since our last game of Halo 4. Matt is hungover, and for reasons that may never become clear, Log just made me pretend to be a newsagent. Also, the promo copies of Dishonored haven't arrived yet.

Definitely don't agree with all the games listed but I really enjoyed split/second and el shaddai . And I freaking loved playing VANQUISH, as soon as I beat it I made sure all my buddies borrowed it so they wouldn't miss out on such a great game.

you know, Vanquish is one of those games that would have been like x10 times better if it were 60 frames like Bayonetta. The 30 frames on the game is pretty stable but still too slow to represent its fast paced gameplay accurately.

wouldn't dream of paying anymore than $10 for a ps3/360 game, i usually just rent them with my movie/game pass for $12 a month and play 5 games and watch 3 or 4 movies

last gen 360/ps3 games should all be $39.99 at launch this late in the cycle, 8 years after launch you want me to buy a game for $60, lol....lemme get right on that, ohhh, and while were at it let me grab the latest batman movie on vhs for $30...lol

You probably don't think twice about spending $10 on a meal, so why is a game that you enjoy for hours not worth more than $10? If you have games you like, don't you want them to be successful so they can make more?

because food is a necessity.... 0_O

And what he says is true. We are 7 years into this gen and there is no way in hell that development costs are still as high as at the beginning of this gen.

"we believe in game preservation"

Remember the media reaction when PlayStation wanted to shut down the PS3 store (but then kept it open)... where is that reaction here?

What are you asking? Like, if people got pissed at Sony for that? Because they did. We also got pissed at Nintendo when they did it.

You’re getting a chance to buy what you want before they close it. Moving forward digital stores should work like Steam. It’s just in this beginning they made it platform specific and closed off. A hindsight in their part and it sucks, but what is the percentage of people buying anything off these stores and what is the cost to keep the servers up?

I get it and yes making strives so this isn’t the case every gen we go into is absolutely a must. I mean PSN on PS3 is so convoluted to buy anything since you can’t use a credit card. Vita store is gone. It’s going to go away eventually.

RIP Xbox 360 digital store and all its games.
It really grinds my gears that they are waiting till 10 days before closing to give the best discounts and the list as of now is 100 or less titles from the massive 360 library

I should have enough points by the weekend to get £25 credit off MS, (hardly ever spend money on xb1), might look at a few of these.

The Xbox 360 store was one of the only advantages the Xbox Series consoles had over the PS5. When I got my series X, I spent more playing Xbox 360 games vs current-gen Xbox games since that was the golden era for Xbox and several titles had enhancements such as 4k resolution and fps boost.

Closing this store will now only benefit the competition.
