I'm not sure if that was the entire idea. I think mainly publishers were looking at a way to profit over someone else reselling their product.
Well, that's definitely going to send a message to publishers to keep doing it then. If publishers aren't seeing an increase in sales due to these tactics, but they are seeing an increase in Online Pass purchases, they'll keep doing it wherever possible. Might even become the norm.
Great now its here to stay. I can't stand the online pass. I have more then one system one upstairs and one down. I can only pick one system to play it on plus can't lend it out.
I live in Portugal :)! As Finch said, i got 2 systtems as well on my house and is kinda annoying, but i don't really have problems with it besides that
