In this month's issue of PCGZine we spoke to the general manager of BioWare Edmonton to discuss exactly how development of Mass Effect 3 is coming along and one of his answers to a question about mining particularly took us by surprise.
Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.
He was one of my least favorite characters. I wish they would have done the Proths different.
This Canada Day, explore our homeland with the best video games that have adapted or reimagined the Great White North in digital form.
Mass Effect 3 is remade, rebuilt, and remastered thanks to a huge Mass Effect mod which changes almost everything in the Bioware RPG, as we await Mass Effect 4
Mining? It was a bit meh. And once you could find out the ezo planets then it became a bit of a chore.
Replace it with some gold dialogue, maybe a bit more sex and I'm a happy man...
I can just see it now-
"Come in Shepherd, this is Admiral Hackett..."
"Shepherd here... wassup Hackett"
"Where are you Shepherd, the Reapers have reached earth..."
"Just chillin' doing some mining, you know how it is..."
lol. hopefull the reaper invasion will be the more important task than mining for ezo or whatever. Seriously, though he's a Commander! Since when do Commanders go mining?
I just want Mako exploration to return. Driving around in unexplored habits was much better than mining - because that sucked.
I don't know why the removed the Mako to begin with. I loved driving around the planets searching for minerals. I hope they bring it back for the third, but I have a feeling they won't because so many people complained about it before.
