Steve Miller writes, "I can’t review Skyrim. It just isn’t possible, there’s far too much of it. I’ve only properly explored maybe quarter of the map. A full half of the map I haven’t so much as looked at from a distance. In fact, it wasn’t until I’d played a lot of hours (20+) that I realised the map scrolls quite a lot further left – that’s ‘west’, cartography fans – than I thought."
Replaying Skyrim after 13 years is a reminder of the progress made in western RPGs over the last decade, but also what's been lost.
