It's a good game. I can't see it as a perfect game though. I have beef with the inventory to be specific. Browsing the inventory is a PAIN compared with Oblivion.
One of the few games that deserve a 10. Should easily be GOTY. Only Batman & Portal 2 will give it some competition.
I have played a lot of games this gen. Very few games I could say deserve a 10. This maybe one of them.
