@8-bit - Same here, the clips I saw of it were brilliant. Luckily it's still in development! Atomic are talking about it after they release Breach apparently - http://n4g.com/news/575477/...

thedisagreefairy4982d ago

for deleting thekiller's comment mods. it had no reason to be posted on a game site.

theKiller4982d ago (Edited 4982d ago )

so rules imply only on comment which show the opposite opinion of the conflict?

my comment was on topic and it had some part which was out of topic, like most N4G users do all the time!!!!

so a guy says the F word/hate/curses on taliban is not out of topic but a guy says taliban are freedom fighters and winning the war and showing some evidence to back up that claim " http://english.aljazeera.ne... is out of the topic and gets deleted?

i smell double standards with N4G rules by the mods!! and i can tell N4G mods are pro the war on afghanistand!!! which is shameful!!!

thedisagreefairy4982d ago

that u probably didnt see the response i posted on your original comment earlier. oh well, im not gonna waste my time with hateful ppl like you. if you want to call taliban "freedom fighters", then you're a lost cause.

MGRogue20174982d ago (Edited 4982d ago )

I don't know 'bout you guys.. But I like that you can play as a Taliban in multiplayer.. :P

I don't support them in real life either, I just want to play as them in a video game. :)

Jack-Pyro4982d ago (Edited 4982d ago )

Fuck the Taliban, IRA FTW!!! /s

Shackdaddy8364982d ago

Well, I just like how they put in a real group instead of "opfor" or some stupid thing like that. It bugs me so much that game companies are so worried what other people think that they have to alter reality to cater toward the complainers.

So, even though I hate the taliban and al-queda with a passion, I would rather them be put into a game then some generic name which means the same thing but avoids conflict from the stupid people.

Aye just call Phil, i mean he somehow made Bobby Kotick's scandal disappear and gave him a few million dollar high five on the way out.

Cacabunga1d 3h ago

I wonder if it will be censored with some in game ads.

XiNatsuDragnel1d 9h ago (Edited 1d 9h ago )

EA about to go down like Activision and then Phil saves the day saying.this is good for the industry and consolidation will help create competition. /s.

What's up with all these horny creeps. You gon be horny, fine. Just not at work take care of that shit before you go in. Rub one out if you have to. Don't be a creep at all. ESPECIALLY at work. But don't be one AT ALL.

Extermin8or3_1d 2h ago

I mean part of the issue is that things transpired outside of work....

KwietStorm_BLM1d 2h ago

You think deviants care where they are? Work sometimes makes it an even better situation for them because they can abuse their power.

mudakoshaka10h ago

Nerds think they are Gods when they are making video games.

NotoriousWhiz1d 6h ago (Edited 1d 6h ago )

"it seems that according to EA, given the events transpired outside of work between two adults, and the fact that once investigation has started that the alleged perpetrators didn’t do it again, the investigation is considered closed. [...] The victim still has to work with the people that harassed her."

Yep, EA is disgusting.

Extermin8or3_1d 2h ago

I mean the fact stuff happened outside of work puts EA in quite a difficult position legally. These women don't seem to have reported the matter to the police which kinda ties EA's hands on what they can do. If they don't file reports of the crimes then yeah from EA's perspective it is stuff that happened outside of work. The only exception is the guy that apparently referenced things in the slack channel for work, spending on what he said proving it may be very hard and he may well be able to get away with plausible deniability. I don't like EA and I think these people need to be dismissed but without any legal action being taken, EA can't really do much without risk of being sued themselves for unfair dismissal etc.

Well, anything to make those shareholders happy, I guess. They're all that matters in this industry nowadays.

EA stocks haven't been profitable in over 5yrs. They better hope Take-two don't get the FIFA license lol.

Remembering Medal Of Honor: The Forgotten Master Of WW2 Games

Ibrahim from eXputer: "The Medal of Honor franchise was once the crown jewel of FPS war games, later defeated by the tides of time and poor development."

banger8822d ago

They tried to turn it into Call of Duty and it killed it off. They should reboot it and go back to it's roots. But they'd ruin it with online-only/multiplayer style bullshit so why bother? I have very fond memories of these games, but this series can stay dead as far as I'm concerned.

FPS_D3TH21d ago

Was literally just thinking of this game the other week with the secret nut cracker mission and the shooting Bismarck dog lmao. Loved these games as a kid

PrecursorOrb21d ago (Edited 21d ago )

I wish they’d remake warfighter

Strictly for the campaign

I have fond memories of playing the Medal of Honor Breakthrough MP Demo. It had two maps and custom servers. Living on campus, I had it downloaded on one of the PC Lab servers so I could access it on any computer at the university. Joined a clan and made friends that I still keep in touch with today.
