PC games published new videos of MechWarrior Living Legends beta.
Wandering Samurai Studios has released some new screenshots for the upcoming 0.9.2 version of MechWarrior: Living Legends. These new screenshots showcase the Anubis light ‘Mech, the Mithras light tank, and some other goodies that will be included in it.
MechWarrior: Living Legends is a total conversion mod for Crysis set in the BattleTech universe that was developed by Wandering Samurai Studios. This modding team released the latest official version of its mod in 2013 and after almost four years, a new team decided to step in and revive it.
DSOGaming writes: "Gouty McGouterson has informed us about some news for the supposedly 'dead' mech mod for Crysis Wars, Mechwarrior: Living Legends."
I have many fond memories of Mechwarrior 2 on my old 4 meg 3dFX Voodoo 2 and Pentium 133 processor rig. (with 32 megs of ram)
Those were the days.
This new game looks hella nice too.
I could swear this game is also coming to 360
"The PC and Xbox 360 game titled simply 'MechWarrior' is being developed by Piranha Games in Unreal Engine 3, in collaboration with Weisman's company Smith & Tinker."
Yet i don't see the 360 channel ... or is this another mechwarrior game?
Look good, but I hope the final version has more physical effects. Gives some mass and weight tot he mechs.
Looks very laggy when u look at someone else...
That is typical of the cryengine2... terrible netcode when it came to vehicles.
Sadly aside from that glad someone put out a mod finally... but i actually met the guys who worked on this mod, and crytek hired them lol... I dont know if the mod was funded by crytek or if these guys just did it on the side, but im sure it has something to do with why they got hired.
