The Infamous Collection bundles together all of Cole McGrath's different adventures into one collection (Infamous, Infamous 2, and a PSN code for Infamous: Festival of Blood). For just $40, you'll receive a trio of open-world, free-roaming games where you play as a super-hero or super-villain depending on your choices, all while mastering the powers of electricity.
"Amazon is offering up to 60% off on digital video games for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita. Games include Gravity Rush Remastered, Batman Arkham Knight, inFAMOUS Collection, Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition, Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, inFAMOUS Second Son and lots more!"
The PlayStation Vita may not be selling like hotcakes, but the handheld has a dedicated-niche audience and an insanely high attach rate at 10+ games per handheld. PlayStation hasn’t supported the Vita with many first-party titles this past year, we’re starting to see a bit of a change. PlayStation is taking action to insure we get ported versions of some great console games. We’re already seeing titles like Resident Evil: Revelations 2 and Resogun make their way to the handheld, here’s five more games we think will (hopefully) come to Vita in the coming years.
Why would people want a handful of ports for a supposed powerful system like the Vita?
I would feel cheated if this was the extent of Sony supporting their handheld device with just ports/
Persona 5 would be the only game worth getting out of that list. But me personally would rather play it on a console at home, not while in a doctor's office or in between classes at school.
Not unless you want a severe downgrade in graphics and a 15-on average frame rate per second.
It would be great to have another proper Persona game on the system though. I think that is the platform where a good chunk of the fanbase was cultivated, simply because Golden was THAT good and everyone who owns a Vita has played it by now. It doesn't even have to be a mainline installment, just a spin-off that plays like traditional Persona.
I'm kinda torn about this. I think the failure of the Vita was the lack of support by Sony to bring standalone games, not cut down home console titles. But at the same time, many people (especially in the West) wanted COD, Uncharted, and inFamous on the Vita. Japanese consumers seemed happy with RPGs, visual novels and the kinds of games that did well on the PSP. It just didn't work out for the Vita.
"Persona 5 is undoubtedly the most popular game fans want on the Vita."
Monster Hunter?
GameStop is running a promotion from Nov. 1 to Nov. 14 where all PowerUp Rewards members (free and paid) can get all of the Sony specific HD Collections made for the PS3 at 50 percent off their normal price. Including the newly released Killzone collection. Remember this is a sale on only first party Sony collections, so no third party collections like the Metal Gear Collection.
So we're talking 10 bucks for Jak & Daxter collection? I think I'll take a little trip to Gamestop tomorrow.... Lol
Dangit, still waiting for the dang MGS collection on Vita to go on sale. Gamestop near me has literally put EVERY single other Vita title on sale....
Omg, the inFAMOUS games are fantastic.
Awesome to know theres now a bundle for people who havn't experienced these games yet.
i really want festival of blood to go on sale soon so i can pick it up.
Is this really necessary? The inFamous games aren't old enough to warrant this kind of thing like the MGS or DMC collections. I mean, sure it's a good deal but I think you can get all of this for the same price separately anyway can't you?
