Size Five Games was rather inventively set up at the very peak of the Global Economic Meltdown by part-time Indie developer and full-time against-the-grain specialist Dan Marshall. It started out life as Zombie Cow Studios, before the crashing realisation that that is a horrible name, and they changed it for something much less stupid.
They make comedy games and have won a BAFTA. http://www.sizefivegames.co...

Gun Monkeys provides short, sharp jabs of intense multiplayer combat. It’s a procedurally-generated, physics-based, 1-on-1 online platform shooter, lovingly voiced by British comedy legend Kevin Eldon There aren’t many of those.

Mini Q&A
Answers by Dan Marshall, Developer and Size Five Games Founder
Why do you make games?
I've always loved video games, they were a huge part of my upbringing, and I love the experiences they've given me. In truth, making games is my hobby; if I had all the money in the world, I'd still do this to pass the time. It's like a big, satisfying, never-ending puzzle, and you're creating sometihng unique to boot. It's just the best job .
Why should people play Gun Monkeys?
Gun Monkeys is a really fun, fresh little game. It's a simple pick up and play 1-on-1 affair that'll have you shrieking at each other. It's got that old-school tug-of-war vibe that makes for really cool/ tense/ horrifying matches against a friend.
Also, it has monkeys in the future being shot to bits with guns.
What element of game design do you hold above all others?
Game Design is a constant learning experience, you're always finding new things you've done badly. I think the element I'm most obsessed with getting right is visual readability. It's important to make all the game objects feel like they're part of the world, but having the right elements stand out, making sure the player can tell from a glance where they can and can't walk, that stuff is an art form I'm still working out. I find it really interesting.

A ton of leaked Marvel's Wolverine PS5 test gameplay have surfaced showcasing boss fights, Rage Mode, wall running, combat and more.
Originally dubbed "hopeless", the Game Boy went on to have a lasting legacy, as well as hosting some of the most influential games of all time.
Lots of fond memories with the Gameboy. It was my first portable console. It's also the last system my parents played as games were getting too advanced for them outside of pinball, Mario and classic Donkey Kong games. 🤣
I never had one but some school friends did.
I still remember the magical feeling of playing motocross and mario bros 2 (i think).. gaming addiction since that very moment
I’ll never forget opening that Christmas gift. I was ill, had a fever, and was screaming with Joy :)
Ozan Drøsdal tells TheGamer about The Holy Gosh Darn, the final part of the Tuesday Trilogy.
The action looks quite fun, and since the levels are procedurally generated it'll add some replayability, I hope. Seems like something I'd pick up and play for 20 minutes, enjoy myself, and then put it back down. Nothing wrong with that.
