PlayStationing writes: "GameStop has cut the price of the Xbox One TitanFall bundle even further in the UK today, giving a significant discount over the already cut-price offers. They have got the Xbox One TitanFall bundle on offer for just £369.97, which is just £30 more than a solus PlayStation 4, meaning Sony may have a major issue on their hands."
Popularized by Doom in 1993 and still making video game haters gnash their teeth today, first-person shooter games are the best thing to happen to gamers since pizza rolls. So here are 15 underrated first-person shooter games you may have missed.
Although the late 2000s Turok wasn't my favorite, I would love a new entry. Open world survival with shotguns and dinosaurs. Not sure how we'd get the fusion cannon, but that would be pretty sweet too.
Lol
All of these games are pretty much universally praised. Outside of Timeshift I literally own all of these.
XIII, The Darkness 2, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Timesplitters: future perfect, Bulletstorm are awesome games
I played them all, they are all good in their own way
I used to be obsessed with FPS games
Windows Central: "Titanfall 1 is being sunset, taken off storefronts by EA. While the servers remain live for now, one has to wonder just how much time it has left. I look back and pay tribute to the last "twitch"-styled shooter I ever truly loved."
Sales for the original Titanfall are being discontinued.
It will be pulled from subscription services on March 1, 2022.
Physical media. Unfortunately the way games are going these days game servers will eventually be shut down and you can stare at the menu and wish you could play the game again.
Sony should react by doing absolutely nothing.....X1 is receiving price drops as a direct response to disappointing sales numbers (when compared directly with PS4). Why on earth would Sony give a price drop the PS4 when it sells out the moment it's in stock? That makes no sense and is completely unnecessary.
Sony - http://ak.picdn.net/shutter...
Sony doesn't need to react. They are the market leaders and they still have the advantage.
The only thing Sony has which is similar - which really isn't - is Infamous:SS. So no.
Nevermind that unless MS keeps repeating such deals with their major releases in hopes to increase sales, they will likely have to keep offering such sales. Undermine themselves as well as Sony. If such a tactic actually works.
Keep laughing and let Microsoft use all their tricks. Then when PS4 demand has stabilized, start showing what they are working on for PS4. Right now they are just sitting on it, because they still cant keep up with PS4 demand. No need to play your best cards when you are so far ahead.
The Xbox One is still more expensive than the PS4 so Sony don't have to react at all.
