I too will wait for a sale, there are some things I don't like and I'm not sure if they can be changed in the options. Also after some of the things blizzard has done I don't think they deserve anything near the full price.

In some vids I've seen it seemed like the 'boss' monster's entire body would flash each time he was hit, that got annoying fast.
The magic effects with a full party on screen were absurd, you could barely see what's going on, some subtlety would be nice. I like being able to see the monsters instead of having immersion breaking goofy thoughts like "Was this game created to cause epileptic seizures?" Path of exile is a free to play game that many say is better, but they still have some of these problems.
Tons of numbers spamming all over the screen, etc.

I'm sure it will be fun for awhile finding new loot etc and I think other party members can't steal your drops now which is great.

Cyberpunk and No Man's Sky have to be up there. We're lucky and cursed, equally, to have games that can be updated now. For folks old enough to remember the Sega/SNES into PS1 and even 2 eras, if a game came out that was half baked (*cough*Angel of Darkness*cough*) that was it, no redemption. At the same time, having the option for updates shouldn't be an excuse for half assing games.

I remember when the Nintendo Seal of Approval meant something.

All those games had to release without bugs.

Comebacks shouldnt be a thing in videogames. Just saying.

Diablo III - Still a Huge Draw in the Face of Diablo IV

Diablo III still works on modern PlayStation and Xbox consoles, and remains hugely playable a decade after initial release.

Are you comparing a continuously improved 10+ years old masterpiece with the... beta of an unreleased game?

kevco33394d ago

Heh, yeah. There's no comparison in here! Its a commentary on how III is still very playable over a decade later.
