Microsoft could learn a few lessons from this guy.
"No one is going to believe us, and so by not giving up on 14 and by admitting our mistakes, facing our mistakes and overcoming them and remaking the game and showing them we are committed to this project, and we are committed to our fans is the way we wanted to get that trust back. We hope that by doing this launch, we can get some of that trust back."
Square Enix said they were not sparing any expense to get ARR up and running, and I think they've done the job.
