Olivia Newton John starred in a Film called Xanadu. Xanadu is also the name of a character in the DC universe, Madame Xandadu.

"In the 1940s, she has a sexual relationship with John Zatara, who wishes to marry her, but she foresees his true love, and the later existence of his daughter, Zatanna" -wikipedia

Putting Madame Xandadu in the game really wouldn't make any sense. Zatanna on the other hand would especially seeing as she has been a big fan request.
