Forbes - Sony learned some tough lessons when it launched the Playstation 3. The company’s flagship system caught up to the Xbox 360 over the course of this generation, but it was a hard fought battle, and most of its problems were clear on the day the console hit the market. 24 HOURS TO GO!!
SONY learnt their lesson we'll see in 24 hours (no offence) to sony
but ps3 was 679.00 after taxes.ps4 good starting price be 350.00
I blame the media for not BELIEVING in sony with the ps3 launch. Yes sony were arrogant & was a year late to the party with a overpriced system but as loyal fan of the playstation brand, I already knew sony would deliver where it counts most, & that is with a portfolio of games where u wont find anywhere else but the ps3.
Funny thing is the media didnt buy into the ps3 from its launch saying the ps3 will FAIL even though sony's last 2 previous consoles never showed any signs of weakness especially with games & now that sony has proven them all wrong & the same media who jumped on the 360 bandwagon only to see the last 3 years of kinect goodness, all sudden they wanna jump bandwagons again because they know the ps4 is coming & now their doing the same thing to the wii u lol. All i can say is next time look at their track record before u start calling something a failure. Tomorrow cant come any sooner, cant wait.
